QuickSolutions Dashboard is een beheerpaneel voor quicksolutionspro.be. Dit beleid beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens het verwerkt, waarom dat gebeurt, hoe lang ze bewaard worden en wat je ertegen kunt doen.

1. Wie dit beleid uitgeeft

Dit paneel wordt aangeboden door QuickSolutions (quicksolutionspro.be). QuickSolutions is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de gegevens die hieronder beschreven worden.

2. Kort samengevat

Het paneel is niet openbaar. Iedereen die erin kan, heeft een account gekregen van QuickSolutions.
Er worden geen gegevens verkocht, en er worden geen advertentieprofielen mee opgebouwd.
De gegevens uit de koppelingen met Google worden alleen gebruikt om ze in het paneel te tonen en om er antwoorden op beoordelingen mee te plaatsen.
Je kunt je account en de gekoppelde gegevens laten verwijderen door het te vragen — zie punt 11.

3. Welke gegevens verwerkt worden

Accountgegevens. Naam, e-mailadres en een wachtwoord. Het wachtwoord wordt gehasht bewaard (bcrypt) en is voor niemand leesbaar, ook niet voor ons. Bij het aanmelden wordt een sessiecookie geplaatst zodat je niet bij elk scherm opnieuw moet inloggen.

Gegevens uit Google, als je een Google-account koppelt. Dat gebeurt alleen als de eigenaar van het account daar zelf op klikt. Er worden twee soorten gegevens opgehaald:

Beoordelingen van het bedrijfsprofiel (bereik business.manage): de beoordelingen zelf, de score en de tekst, en het antwoord dat in het paneel geschreven wordt.
Prestaties van advertentiecampagnes (bereik adwords): kosten, klikken, vertoningen en conversies van het eigen advertentieaccount.

Om die twee koppelingen te laten werken bewaart het paneel de toegangssleutel en de vernieuwingssleutel (refresh token) die Google bij de koppeling uitgeeft. De vernieuwingssleutel is wat de koppeling laat voortbestaan zonder dat er opnieuw ingelogd moet worden; hij geeft geen toegang tot je Google-account in het algemeen, alleen tot de twee bereiken hierboven. Je kunt hem op elk moment intrekken — zie punt 11.

Gegevens uit de webshop. Bestelnummer, datum, bedrag, valuta en status van de bestellingen op quicksolutionspro.be, opgehaald via de beheerinterface van de webshop zelf.

Bezoekgegevens van de website.Met een eigen teller op quicksolutionspro.be wordt bijgehouden welke pagina's bekeken worden, wanneer, en met welk bezoekersnummer en sessienummer. Dat nummer is een willekeurige waarde in je browser, geen naam en geen e-mailadres. Uit het IP-adres wordt alleen het land afgeleid; het adres zelf wordt niet bewaard.

Werk en berichten. De taken die in het paneel aangemaakt worden — wat er moet gebeuren, voor wie, tegen wanneer — en de meldingen die daarover verstuurd worden.

Spraak, als je de inspreekfunctie gebruikt. Die functie is optioneel. De opname wordt niet door dit paneel bewaard: de browser zet spraak om in tekst en stuurt alleen die tekst door. Let op dat de browser die omzetting vaak zelf uitbesteedt — Chrome doet dat bij Google — en dat die verwerking onder het beleid van de browser valt, niet onder dit beleid. Gebruik je de functie niet, dan wordt er ook niets opgenomen.

4. Waarvoor ze gebruikt worden

Om het paneel te tonen: de cijfers, de lijsten en de status per onderdeel.
Om antwoorden op beoordelingen te kunnen plaatsen namens het bedrijfsprofiel.
Om taken toe te wijzen en om er op het afgesproken moment aan te herinneren.
Om een seintje te geven wanneer de website of een koppeling niet meer antwoordt.
Om te kunnen vaststellen wie iets gedaan heeft, wanneer dat in het paneel vastgelegd wordt.

De gegevens worden niet gebruikt voor advertentiedoeleinden, niet om profielen op te bouwen, niet voor automatische besluitvorming met rechtsgevolgen, en niet om ze te verkopen of te verhuren.

5. Google API Services — Limited Use

Het gebruik door QuickSolutions Dashboardvan informatie die ontvangen wordt van Google API's is onderworpen aan het Google API Services User Data Policy, met inbegrip van de vereisten inzake beperkt gebruik (Limited Use).

QuickSolutions Dashboard’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: Google user data is used only to provide the features described in section 3 and 4 above — displaying reviews and ad performance inside this dashboard, and publishing review replies the account owner writes. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with the account owner’s explicit permission or where required for security or legal reasons.

6. Grondslag

De verwerking steunt op de uitvoering van de overeenkomst met de eigenaar van het account (het paneel leveren dat hij gevraagd heeft), op diens toestemming voor de koppelingen met Google — die hij zelf aanbrengt en zelf kan intrekken — en op het gerechtvaardigd belang bij het beveiligen van de dienst.

7. Hoe lang ze bewaard worden

Accountgegevens: zolang het account bestaat.
Beoordelingen en antwoorden: zolang ze op het bedrijfsprofiel staan.
Advertentiecijfers: de periode die in het paneel getoond wordt, plus een beperkte geschiedenis om vergelijkingen mogelijk te maken.
Toegangs- en vernieuwingssleutels van Google: tot de koppeling verbroken wordt.
Bezoekgegevens: beperkt in de tijd; ze worden niet onbeperkt bewaard.

Wordt het account verwijderd, dan verdwijnen de gegevens die eraan hangen mee, behalve wat wettelijk bewaard moet blijven.

8. Met wie ze gedeeld worden

Er wordt niets verkocht. De gegevens komen terecht bij de partijen die de infrastructuur dragen:

Vercel — hosting van het paneel.
Supabase — de databank, in de Europese Unie (regio Parijs).
Google — de Ads API en de Business Profile API, alleen voor de twee koppelingen onder punt 3.
Telegram — voor meldingen, als dat kanaal ingeschakeld is. Daarbij gaat het om de inhoud van de melding, niet om de onderliggende gegevens.

Verder worden gegevens alleen gedeeld wanneer dat wettelijk verplicht is.

9. Beveiliging

De verbinding met het paneel is versleuteld (HTTPS).
Wachtwoorden worden gehasht bewaard en zijn niet leesbaar.
De sessiecookie is niet leesbaar voor scripts in de pagina en wordt niet meegestuurd naar andere sites.
Toegang tot het paneel is per account beperkt, en de omgeving is niet publiek bereikbaar zonder aanmelding.

10. Cookies en lokale opslag

Het paneel plaatst één functionele cookie: de sessiecookie, die nodig is om ingelogd te blijven. Daarnaast wordt in de browser een voorkeur bewaard — het thema en de taal waarin ingesproken wordt — die niet naar de server gestuurd wordt. Er zijn geen advertentiecookies en geen trackers van derden in het paneel zelf.

De teller op quicksolutionspro.be gebruikt een willekeurig bezoekersnummer in de browser om bezoeken te kunnen tellen zonder mensen te identificeren.

11. Je rechten

Je hebt het recht om te weten welke gegevens er over je bewaard worden, ze te laten verbeteren of verwijderen, de verwerking te beperken, je ertegen te verzetten, en ze in een overdraagbaar formaat te krijgen. Een toestemming die je gegeven hebt — zoals een Google-koppeling — kun je op elk moment intrekken.

De koppeling met Google verbreken kan op twee manieren: in het paneel zelf, of via myaccount.google.com/permissions. Met de tweede manier trek je de toegang in bij Google, wat onmiddellijk werkt ook als het paneel er niet meer bij kan.

Stuur een verzoek naar kerim@quicksolutionspro.be. Er wordt op geantwoord binnen de termijn die de AVG voorschrijft. Ben je het niet eens met het antwoord, dan kun je klacht indienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

12. Wijzigingen

Dit beleid kan aangepast worden wanneer het paneel verandert. De datum bovenaan geeft de laatste wijziging aan. Bij een ingrijpende wijziging worden de gebruikers van het paneel daarvan op de hoogte gebracht.

1. Who publishes this policy

This dashboard is provided by QuickSolutions (https://quicksolutionspro.be), which is the data controller for the information described below. Questions, requests or complaints: kerim@quicksolutionspro.be.

2. Summary

The dashboard is not public. Everyone who can reach it was given an account by QuickSolutions.
No data is sold, and no advertising profiles are built from it.
Data obtained through the Google integrations is used only to display it in the dashboard and to publish replies to reviews.
You can have your account and its linked data deleted simply by asking — see section 11.

3. What data is processed

Account data. Name, email address and a password. The password is stored hashed (bcrypt) and is not readable by anyone, including us. A session cookie is set at sign-in so that you do not have to log in again on every screen.

Google data, if a Google account is linked. This only happens if the account owner clicks to link it. Two kinds of data are read:

Business Profile reviews (scope business.manage): the reviews themselves, the rating and the text, and the reply written in the dashboard.
Advertising campaign performance (scope adwords): cost, clicks, impressions and conversions for the account’s own advertising account.

To keep those two integrations working, the dashboard stores the access token and the refresh token that Google issues when the account is linked. The refresh token is what lets the integration continue without signing in again; it does not grant access to your Google account in general, only to the two scopes above. You can revoke it at any time — see section 11.

Shop data.Order number, date, amount, currency and status for orders placed on quicksolutionspro.be, retrieved through the shop’s own administration interface.

Website visit data. A first-party counter on quicksolutionspro.be records which pages are viewed, when, and under which visitor and session number. That number is a random value in your browser — not a name and not an email address. Only the country is derived from the IP address; the address itself is not stored.

Work and messages. The tasks created in the dashboard — what has to be done, for whom, by when — and the notifications sent about them.

Voice, if you use dictation.That feature is optional. The recording is not stored by this dashboard: the browser converts speech to text and only the text is sent on. Note that the browser often outsources that conversion itself — Chrome uses Google for it — and that processing falls under the browser’s policy, not this one. If you do not use the feature, nothing is recorded.

4. What it is used for

To display the dashboard: the figures, the lists and the status of each section.
To publish replies to reviews on behalf of the business profile.
To assign tasks and to remind people about them at the agreed time.
To raise an alert when the website or an integration stops responding.
To be able to establish who did something, where that is recorded in the dashboard.

The data is not used for advertising, not used to build profiles, not used for automated decision-making with legal effects, and not sold or rented.

5. Google API Services — Limited Use

QuickSolutions Dashboard’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: Google user data is used only to provide the features described in sections 3 and 4 above — displaying reviews and ad performance inside this dashboard, and publishing the review replies the account owner writes. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, it is not used for advertising, and it is not read by humans except with the account owner’s explicit permission or where required for security or legal reasons.

6. Legal bases

Processing rests on performance of the agreement with the account owner (providing the dashboard they asked for), on their consent for the Google integrations — which they grant themselves and can revoke themselves — and on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

7. How long it is kept

Account data: for as long as the account exists.
Reviews and replies: for as long as they appear on the business profile.
Advertising figures: the period shown in the dashboard, plus limited history to allow comparison.
Google access and refresh tokens: until the integration is disconnected.
Visit data: time-limited; it is not kept indefinitely.

If the account is deleted, the data attached to it goes with it, except what has to be retained by law.

8. Who it is shared with

Nothing is sold. The data reaches the parties that run the infrastructure:

Vercel — hosting of the dashboard.
Supabase — the database, inside the European Union (Paris region).
Google — the Ads API and the Business Profile API, only for the two integrations in section 3.
Telegram — for notifications, where that channel is enabled. What is sent is the content of the notification, not the underlying data.

Beyond that, data is shared only where legally required.

9. Security

The connection to the dashboard is encrypted (HTTPS).
Passwords are stored hashed and are not readable.
The session cookie is not readable by scripts in the page and is not sent to other sites.
Access is limited per account, and the environment cannot be reached without signing in.

10. Cookies and local storage

The dashboard sets one functional cookie: the session cookie, which is needed to stay signed in. A preference is also kept in the browser — the theme, and the language used for dictation — which is not sent to the server. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers in the dashboard itself.

The counter on quicksolutionspro.be uses a random visitor number in the browser to count visits without identifying people.

11. Your rights

You have the right to know what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to it, and to receive it in a portable format. A consent you have given — such as a Google integration — can be withdrawn at any time.

Disconnecting the Google integration can be done in two ways: inside the dashboard, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The second revokes access at Google, which takes effect immediately even if the dashboard can no longer reach it.

Send a request to kerim@quicksolutionspro.be. It is answered within the period the GDPR requires. If you disagree with the answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

12. Changes

This policy may be amended when the dashboard changes. The date at the top shows the last change. Users of the dashboard are informed of any substantial change.
